 Gracias por poner los detalles.

 A primera vista, la sección sobre el voto anónimo es
 contradictorios y erróneos.

 El presencial es la opción por defecto para las asambleas.

 Debería quedar claro que debemos eliminar esa tensión autoinfligida entre los
 asamblea presencial donde la votación sea abierta y transparente y una reunión virtual
 asamblea que imita el presencial pero configurada para el voto secreto.

 Dejo constancia de mi intención de solicitar formalmente una enmienda a
 el RoP para solucionar este problema.
