Carlos,
me parece estupendo tu planteamiento y haría dos notas para transitar
hacia adelante:
1. sumemos las capacidades de muchos de entre nosotros, y las
instituciones con las que trabajamos, para producir la capacitación que
propones, y ponerla en línea decentemente. Aprovechemos las posibles
sinergias con Diplo, el nuevo programa de líderes de ISOC (del que estoy
buscando los detalles para hacerlos públicos) y otros proyectos similares.
2. Creo que debemos escoger un "issue" que esté vivo para enfocar nuestra
intervención; esto se ha hecho con éxito anteriormente, si no me equivoco
en el proceso de nuevos gTLDs y otros temas. Eso enfoca la atención, da
oportunidad de que la gente más experimentada participe y a la vez sirve
como una parte importante del proceso de capacitación al hacer patente su
necesidad y las especificidades de los temas que atender. En esto volvería
a la pregunta de qué tema es el que mejor combina importancia del tema y
capacidad de nuestra comunidad.
