Esto no está reglamentando y debería hacerse en el WG de Gobernanza y luego ser expuesto a la Región para comentarios y luego para aprobación. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='mso-fareast-language:EN-US'>Hemos recibido una propuesta para estas elecciones sobre la misma fecha de las elecciones pese a que quienes presentaron la propuesta decían que los Principios Operativos tenían ya varios meses de ser aprobados. Lamentablemente fue aceptada pese a los inconvenientes que generaba y que evidentemente no fueron tomados en cuenta por el pequeño WG que terminó presentando dos propuestas en lugar de cuatro..<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='mso-fareast-language:EN-US'>Pero no podemos aceptar la modificación a la normativa de LACRALO que provenga de una sola persona (perdón Humberto, nada contigo). Insisto esto debe seguir el proceso de cualquier norma dentro de LACRALO.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='mso-fareast-language:EN-US'>Ya nos hemos salidos de nuestras normas, no continuemos por ese camino. De acuerdo con mi interpretación del principio de rotación, esto debería funcionar de la siguiente manera y para explicar mi punto usaré mi caso como ejemplo: Cuando termine mi período como MIEMBRO DEL ALAC (2020), habrá elecciones para esta posición.
