Alberto Sot. Y durante los años en que estuvo vigente CROPP, ¿en qué mejoró LACRALO como parte de ICANN? (como referencia: la situación de LACRALO llegó al punto de requerir una intervención de dos mediadores profesionales, que a un año de su inicio sigue
inconclusa). Y la participación de una subregión que cuenta con la mayoría de los votos prácticamente se ha desvanecido en ese mismo año.</div>
