mientras que otros están más inclinados en trabajar un marco de interpretación. Como supondremos este tema es sumamente delicado porque ICANN es una organización técnica por definición que hace esfuerzos por no involucrarse dentro de una discusión jurídica
que deben asumir los proveedores y usuarios, pero es un hecho evidente que la corporación tiene un papel protagónico sobre la estructura de la Internet.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

discusión y se admitió que no habría consenso a priori. Este tema se ha debatido desde hace tiempo atrás desde que Fadi era CEO. Dentro de este grupo de trabajo algunos integrantes se inclinan en mover la sede jurídica de ICANN hacia Suiza o incluso Ginebra.

de la transición. Se discuten temas como que la Organización de Apoyo de Nombres Genéricos (GNSO) es una estructura compleja y el proceso de toma de decisión interna es compleja también, entonces eso es un reto a resolver antes de asumir el papel protagónico
post transición. Dentro del sector público y privado se revisan cómo los participantes actuarán dentro de los SO/AC y si serían voceros efectivos de los intereses que representamos. Dentro de la Comunidad con Facultades Asumidas, At-large también tiene el
reto de definir cómo At-Large dará dirección a la participación de los representantes.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

el tiempo post transición. Algunos participantes se plantéan la pregunta sobre si GNSO podría ocuparse del interés público? En teoría GNSO ayuda a la Junta a tomar decisiones pero si dentro de GNSO no se llega a recomendaciones concretas entonces podría pensarse
