Dear Friends of the LACRALO community,<br>

We are pleased to announce that the mediation process we have discussed in<br>
recent months is now underway.<br>
<br>
In this email I¹m forwarding some initial communication from the mediation<br>
team to the entire LACRALO community.<br>
<br>
As you can see from their email, the mediation process is aimed at<br>
exploring ideas and options to address the obstacles that are limiting<br>
LACRALO¹s effectiveness as a Regional At-Large Organization. To start the<br>
process, they will be conducting confidential interviews as well as a<br>
survey to all LACRALO At-Large Structure representatives.<br>

Please take a moment to read the attached documents (in English and<br>
Spanish), and don¹t hesitate to contact the mediation team directly with<br>
ideas or concerns you may have.<br>

Nos complace anunciarles que el proceso de mediación que hemos discutido<br>
en los últimos meses ha iniciado.<br>
<br>
En este correo estoy reenviando comunicación inicial del equipo de<br>
mediación a toda la comunidad de LACRLALO.<br>
<br>
Como pueden ver de su correo, el proceso de mediación tiene el objetivo de<br>
explorar ideas y opciones para atender los obstáculos que limitan la<br>
efectividad de LACRALO como una Organización Regional ³At Large². Para<br>
iniciar el proceso, el equipo de mediación llevará a cabo entrevistas<br>
confidenciales, así como una encuesta a todos los representantes de las<br>
Estructuras At Large.<br>

Por favor, tomen un momento para leer los documentos anexos (en Inglés y<br>
en Español) y no duden en contactar al equipo de mediación directamente<br>
con ideas o preocupaciones que puedan tener.<br>
