Las directrices finales, que deberán </span><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;line-height:22.72px;">ser adoptadas a finales de agosto, darán forma al uso de Internet a los ciudadanos de la Unión Europea respecto del acceso y su uso en el futuro. step for <span id="ecxdocs-internal-guid-11abb2d2-35c9-19b6-98c3-52938ef5e3a2">the completion of this process, as well as suggestions for improvements post-transition. ON cyberpolitics,
</span><span><span>on the line in a new era of collaboration in the cybersphace, India and US will sign a framework for bilateral cyber relationship between the two countries within the next two months.</span></span> </span><span style="font-size:12pt;">Reagrding Net neutrality in Europe,</span><span style="font-size:12pt;"> </span><span style="font-size:12pt;">European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) has published draft guidelines on the implementation by regulators of the new net neutrality rules and opened the floor for input by stakeholders and citizens until 18 July</span><span style="font-size:12pt;">. </span><span style="font-size:12pt;"> The final guidelines, which should be adopted in late August, will shape the way EU citizens access and use the Internet in the future.</span><span style="font-size:12pt;"> As for events, we note Africa Internet Summit in Gaboronne, European Dialogue on Internet Governance
