En un sistema parlamentario habría que proceder después a elegir a un nuevo presidente o primer ministro.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Es también una Moción de censura rupturista: Es un tipo de moción de censura, en la que su aprobación supone el adelanto de las elecciones.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>No se tiene conocimiento de que se haya presentado una moción para dos cargos, en este caso Presidente y Secretario.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>En la mayoría de los casos que se conocen, el procedimiento exige que la presentación sea aprobada por mayoría del total de cargos existentes (50% +1), y que la aprobación de la moción debe ser por mayoría absoluta (75% de los cargos existentes).<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Esta moción ha sido presentada citando vagamente las Reglas de Procedimiento de LACRALO, que no contemplan este tipo de moción.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Solicitamos el asesoramiento legal para proceder, por no contar en la reglamentación que nos rige (LACRALO, ALAC, ICANN y Naciones Unidas), con procedimientos para proceder, y principalmente, porque de proceder y tener éxito, dejaría a LACRALO con una paralización de sus actividades por largo tiempo.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal> <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal> <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>Has filed a motion of censure destructive called, is one that seeks the overthrow of President, untreated shaped cover replace the power vacuum.
