Estimados amigos, creo que no es necesario darle mas vueltas al asunto.
El SOI de Tracy, a mi e entender es correcto, muchos de nosotros somos
trabajadores del estado y eso no signfica en ningún caso incompatibilidad
con los cargos de representación qure se discuten dentro de LACRALO.
Seguir en esta discución esteril es promover o generar brechas donde ya
fueron saldadas en nuestras reuniones de Los Angeles y Sam Juan de Puerto
Rico.
Propongo mirar hacia adelante y dejarnos de hacer discuciones menores, nos
toca trabajar ahora en varios temas que estan abiertos en ICANN y que en
muchos de ellos nos estan esperando con nuestros aportes.
