Enhorabuena, deseo expresar al compañero Rodrigo De la Parra y al
formidable grupo de personas que conforman su equipo, por el formidable
logro que significa arribar a un lustro de trabajo, dedicación y esfuerzo
por nuestra región de LAC.

Algo que en lo personal agradezco y puedo dar fe de la enorme dedicación,
cariño y sobretodo gran profesionalismo puesta al servicio de las mejoras
prácticas, generación de capacidades, difusión, así como de la creciente
incorporación de las múltiples partes interesadas de nuestra región a los
temas y debates de la Gobernanza de Internet y en consecuencia de la ICANN.

Felicidades, estamos persuadidos que ese compromiso se afianzará en pro de
nuestra comunidad de LAC y que será un porvenir de más logros y nuevos
éxitos.
