 Estimado Hamzah, 


 El Proceso para Obtener Una decisión se dividio en dos Etapas: 
 A.- Una para buscar consensus (Donde No Se Requiere Votación formal). La forma de analizar v el consensus No Es Pedir el 100% de apoyo, Sino Que Un Número Razonable de un Acuerdo Nuestro numero de ALS. El Número de Opiniones totales se enviará Entre hoy y mañana Para Que Haya completa claridad Sobre la decisión Tomada. : Además, opiniones Hubo Solo en favor de León Sánchez y Ninguna opinión, una a favor de Alan Greenberg. El Plazo para Emitir opiniones Expiro ayer. Efectivamente, los Plazos breves hijo, Pero Que Es Una Situación afecta A Todo El Proceso. 
 B.- Si Hubiera existido Una o mas opiniones en favorecer de Alan Greenberg, se habria abierto ONU Periodo de Votación, de un Acuerdo en lo Explicado de correo electrónico Enviado el 15 de febrero del 2017. Este Periodo Corría Desde el 21 Hasta el 25 de febrero del 2017.Esto No Ocurrió por la: razones explicadas.
