 acaba de publicar en la CCWG como aclaración: "Se resuelve (2016.05.27.02), la 
 Los nuevos Estatutos de la ICANN se considerará efectiva 
 a la expiración del contrato funciones de IANA entre ICANN y la NTIA ". Así 
 que no entrará en vigor hasta el momento.
