 León, 

 la posición de ISOC México es exactamente lo contrario. Si hay una segunda ranura que se debe asignar a una persona fuera de la subregión con el fin de fomentar la diversidad y actuar en contra de la endogamia, especialmente en el momento en el que la pluralidad y la diversidad han sufrido algunas amenazas graves. Al mismo tiempo, dicha asignación pasará un largo camino hacia el aumento del diálogo entre las subregiones, que también se ha puesto en peligro, entre otros más recientemente por el propio Dev. 

 Hemos hecho una propuesta para que esto sea una política general hace mucho tiempo, como se puede recordar. 

 Seguimos apoyando la propuesta de Alberto, como también respaldado por otros ya.

 Encuentro que esta sugerencia sea una fórmula óptima, desde mi punto de vista, puesto que beneficiará LACRALO mediante el aprovechamiento de la experiencia Jacquelines y fomento de la participación por Derisma.
