Gracias Alberto, Alejandro, 

la participación de TODOS ha sido muy baja, no solo ALAC. 

Algunas razones han sido
Que el ccNSO no llego a ninguna conclusión después de 2 años de trabajo por su lado, y luego le pasó el muerto a un grupo GNSO-ccNSO
de los 4 co Chairs, solo funcionamos  3
Que el GAC ha hecho una contrapropuesta con un perímetro de definiciones mas amplio, y se ha negado consistentemente a participar en este grupo. Tampoco sabemos mucho del grupo del GAC sobre este tema, aunque es liderado por Argentina
que el conocimiento sobre el tema es cada vez mas escaso y gracias a 2 personas en particular hemos podido por lo menos hacer un recuento minucioso de la historia de los códigos de 2 caracteres
que las llamadas, cada 2-3 semanas, no pasan de tener 10 personas, incluyendo lo habituales 3 Co Chairs y dos Staff
que definitivamente la participación de Cheryl ha sido heroica 
que sin mas fundamento que lo discutido en un marco tan estrecho vamos a cerrar el capitulo sobre los códigos de 2 letras en Dublin y vamos a declarar el resto (3 letra y nombres mas largo) como desierto y cerrar el esfuerzo.

Cheryl thank you for keeping ALACs strong and permanent presence in this CWG

Alan, if there are no f2f meetings, CWG as boring as this one apparently apparently tend to fall into oblivion (but not because the the lack of airline tickets) but because lack of fresh thinking………..
