 Roberto, según tengo entendido la propuesta, hay 
 ninguna prohibición sobre un director retirado siendo 
 inmediatamente re-nombrado para el mismo asiento o cualquier 
 otro asiento. Por supuesto, no tendría mucho sentido 
 para un / AC SO para eliminar su director y 
 nombrar de inmediato a la misma persona. Pero ellos 
 podría ser reelegidos por otro SO / AC o el Comité de Nominaciones. 


 Para la eliminación de todo el Consejo, la propuesta 
 explícita y claramente dice que no hay 
 prohibición con respecto a un director especial de ser 
 re-nombrado. No veo un problema con esto.
