Vanda,

En un mensaje previo - que al parecer se fue a una lista experimental
operada por Dev - manifesté mi opinión de que en las pruebas piloto que se
proponen para los cambios al sistema de uso de datos para el desarrollo de
políticas se incorporen formalmente observadores de At Large. Alan
Greenberg me ha explicado fuera de listas que no es necesario un acuerdo al
respecto ya que los procesos se llevarán a cabo de manera abierta.

Por ello estoy de acuerdo en que votes a favor, y te solicito que quede en
la memoria del proceso que LACRALO deberá estar atento a la prueba piloto e
invitar a la participación en ésta, considerando deseable que si los
miembros de la directiva y representantes ALAC no pueden hacerlo la
comunidad deberá asegurarse de que alguien más lo haga e informe.
