Dear all,

During ICANN 54, LACRALO leaders, including ALAC members, the Chair and
Secretary, in collaboration with ICANN staff, began a very preliminary
informal discussion on how to begin exploring to address the challenges
facing LACRALO. The discussion on the process will be fully transparent as
soon as relevant ICANN rules and procedures have been reviewed. This will
of course be shared to the whole LACRALO membership and subject to their
consideration. It is important to note that these discussion do not pretend
to address any particular issue but rather a general forward looking
approach.
