TENEMOS Que Evitar A Toda mar Que costa Una decisión Exclusiva del Estado Mayor y comentarios Como los tuyos DEBEN REFLEJARSE EXPLICITAMENTE EN LOS TERMINOS DE REFERENCIA (Charter y RFP).
