 Esto es muy triste noticia. Parece que Roosevelt era alrededor de la 
 Comunidad ICT4D Caribe siempre. Recuerdo que interactúan con él desde 
 los días tempranos y embriagadores de CÍVICA, El Comité Directivo Caricom TIC y 
 entonces LACRALO. La región ha perdido más dedicado y progresiva 
 defensor. Él será extrañado.
