Estimada Vanda, te agradezco, pero él único que puede negociar, y hasta el
momento no lo ha hecho, es el Comité de Reuniones de ICANN. Yo no puedo
intervenir.
Pero al menos no seré  yo el responsable de pagar con dinero de ICANN sin
siquiera la mínima comparación, y más aún ante una exorbitancia como ésta. 
Como sabes, prefiero no contratarlos, pero ser muy transparente.
Luego de que esto pase y saquemos la conclusiones, obraré en consecuencia.
