Hola,
creo que estamos en posición de declarar un consenso sobre estos lineamientos Ayer Sergio y otros me manifestaron verbalmente apoyo a la propuesta.
Alberto y Humberto, de verdad de verdad les pido instituir el proceso correspondiente.
Con este consenso podemos:
1. explorar la situación real de las organizaciones sin iniciar procesos formales;
2. explorar cuáles serían las reglas formales aplicables;
3. ayudar de inmediato a las organizaciones que más lo necesiten.
