 Antes de todo es necesario que los nuevos se involucren en los conceptos y estructura de ICANN, para solo después entender los puntos claves que se discute como la transition de la supervision de IANA y las cuestiones de la prestación de cuestas a la comunidad. Es necesario también que los nuevos entiendan el escenario actual con los 635 nuevos TLD hasta el final de mayo. Y lo que esto significa.

Es posible que en Nicaragua siquiera tuvieron la oportunidad de participar de alguna presentación de estos puntos.

¿Cuáles son las discusiones sobre temas sustantivos y desarrollo de políticas de ICANN con las cuales pensamos mostrar a los colegas de IEEE Nicaragua para ejemplificar cómo se hacen las cosas que dice Diego?

En mi caso, yo no me atrevería a pedirle a un recién llegado, algo que yo no estoy segura de estar aportando como es "Aportes y gestión activa en favor de de los ususarios del Internet" de un determinado país o de la región. 

Quizás con esta nueva ALS que se incorpora, nos sirva a quienes ya estamos involucrados, para hacer una introspección y revisar qué estamos aportando cada uno de nosotros.
