 para ser fijada a encajar con el ROP y los Principios de funcionamiento, así como 
 precedente adecuado. 
 Tal vez tenemos que tener los antecedentes recopilados y catalogados, así que tenemos 
 algo más de una memoria institucional, además de los pocos de nosotros aquí desde 
 el principio y los que realmente trabajaron en los documentos y 
 asistido a las reuniones de inicio.
