 Hola a todos 
 Recorrí el ROP y no he encontrado ninguna regla que diga que el proceso 
 debe ser reiniciado, por este correo electrónico. Tampoco he encontrado precedentes en la 
 único otro caso que coincide exactamente con éste, es decir, de 2008. ¿Puede aconsejarle 
 desde donde en las Reglas era este "camino a seguir" derivada? 
 Yo creo que tenemos que tener mucho cuidado en seguir las reglas tal como se establece, 
 y no ir fuera de pista, de lo contrario el proceso perderá toda legitimidad y podría 
 ser visto como un ataque totalitario en la democrática y transparente 
 tradición de la At-Large.
