creo que ni Alan lo sabia o tenia se manifestado durante el call de esto

Heidi,
Me gustaría plantear esto con todo respeto porque entiendo que a un error lo
puede cometer cualquiera.
Por lo que nos explicas, lo que entiendo es que, estando corriendo el plazo
de las elecciones para los miembros de ALAC y no habiendo el Staff recibido
una solicitud de votación ni por el Presidente ni por el Secretario de
LACRALO para correr un poll de confirmación (no hubiera sido votación en
este caso), el rol del Staff en ese momento, hubiera sido informar,
recordar, asesorar al Presidente y al Secretario, sobre esta situación, para
que ellos consulten al RALO y el RALO tome una decisión. No que el Staff
haya dado por supuesto o haya hecho lo que hacen normalmente otros RALO
(después de tanto tiempo ya todos conocemos las particularidades de
LACRALO), o que haya decidido por el RALO.
Según entiendo, el rol del Staff es apoyar a la comunidad. Se confunden los
roles cuando el Staff toma decisiones por la comunidad. A esto ya lo hemos
planteado varias veces y sigue sucediendo.
Ojalá que esta equivocación sirva para prestar más atención a la comunidad,
a la que el Staff debe apoyar.
