 El reto está ajustando las bases estructurales de la At-Large 
 participación en ICANN y las percepciones de desempeño. Y eso será 
 difícil, en el mejor. 


 Más al punto, no estamos viendo el tipo de pensamiento innovador acerca 
 métricas de rendimiento que haría lo que tú y yo vemos como el valor de venir a la 
 cima. 


 Caso en punto. Tuvimos una situación reciente en LACRALO donde estaba seriamente 
 propuso que si uno envía una disculpa por la falta de asistencia - * NOTA bien, 
 puramente no asistir * - una reunión en línea, que deben ser contados como 
 participación! 


 Y, algunos chico ignorante afirmaría delito si uno fuera a reflexivamente 
 decir en voz alta que la noción expresada ofende incluso la idea de sentido común 
 de lo que es estúpido.
