 Gracias por tus comentarios. Se parece ese período de comentarios públicos formales hace 
 no encaja en alguna situación (como este), así que tal vez es una cosa para revisar o 
 discutir. 
 En cuanto Netmundial soy muy feliz de ver a tantos amigos que participan. Yo 
 de acuerdo con Fátima en relación con el sombrero, y tenemos que confiar en nuestro miembro como 
 individuos o represenring su empresa o 
 organización, de forma independiente. Porque 
 como hemos tryed para llegar de la reunión de Buenos Aires, tener un lugar formal en 
 netmundial, pero ICANN no piensa que somos parte de la sociedad civil y 
 no tomó At-grande en acount. 
 Le deseamos todo lo mejor en la reunión
