 Estoy de acuerdo con usted. De todos modos hay que aprovechar el tiempo si ya están 
 establecida. 
 Y creo que la participación tardía también es valida, aunque no tan 
 eficaz, pero sirve como entrenamiento para los voluntarios que no son todavía 
 involucrarse.
