Dear ALAC Members:
In my capacity as LACRALO Secretary I request you the decertification of the
following ALSes:


1)     Asociación Costarricense de Derecho Informático – N 12 ALS -

           2)     National Consumers' League – N 92 ALS  -
https://community.icann.org/display/LACRALO/National+Consumers%27+League

As part of the organization of ICANN 48 in Buenos Aires , we have upgraded
all our ALSes data and the result of this work you can see it:

In the case of 1) Costa Rican Association of Law, not participating since
2009 and they have not even done part of ATLAS I. His representative, Dr.
Christian Hess Araya, told me about of the disintegration of their
organization.


For 2) National Consumers’League I have made several unsuccessful attempts
to communicate with his representative Mr. Steve Malcolm.


The request of decertification is a matter of transparency and true
representation of the Latin America and Caribbean region.
I await instructions on how to proceed and I am at your disposal for any
clarification .

En mi calidad de secretaria de LACRALO solicito la descertificación de las
siguientes ALSes:

Como parte de la organización del ICANN 48 en Buenos Aires, hemos realizado
una actualización de datos de todas nuestras ALSes y el resultado de este

En el caso de 1) Asociación Costarricense de Derecho, no participan desde
2009 e inclusive no han hecho parte del ATLAS I. Su representante, Dr.
Christian Hess Araya, ha comunicado la desintegración de su organización. 


En el caso de 2) he realizado varios intentos de comunicación infructuosos
con su representante Steve Malcolm. 


Solicito la descertificación de las mismas por una cuestión de transparencia
y verdadera representación de la región de Latinoamérica y Caribe.


Aguardo instrucciones de como proceder y estoy a su disposición para
cualquier aclaración.
