Estoy plenamente de acuerdo con que plantea Alex.   Debemos estar aliñados
para ofrecer una posición adherente a
que piensan en LACRALO. A mi me parece también muy burocrática toda la
propuesta y creo que si, llamar la atención para que se piense en costos y
en reducir eficiencia es relevante aunque sea buscar un compromiso de
transparencia.
 Pienso yo que transparencia es un proceso que puede ser lo mas amplio que
se quiera pero la cuestión es para que? A cada item a ser publicado debese
pensar su relevancia para la comunidad o el proceso se torna realmente
ineficaz para quien lo publica y sin interese para quien lo lee.
 Se me permite Alejandro, creo que su propuesta "añadir a los criterios
que se considerarán, el impacto en la eficacia, eficiencia y costos de los
Procesos sustantivos de ICANN de cara a los usuarios de Internet² debe
ser enderezada a los miembros del grupo , y además de usted mismo lo haga
voy a
hacerlo para garantizar que sea oída por más de una fuente.
Creo que Leon, si concuerdas con estos puntos, podría hacerlo también . Es
muy relevante que la trasparencia y la prestación de cuentas a la
comunidad tenga como foco esta misma comunidad y el balance entre los
costos que tengan significado para esta comunidad.
Por ejemplo, un gasto excesivo en la transparencia puede resultar en una
perdida de recursos para los grupos regionales, así cual es más relevante
para la comunidad regional?  Tener conocimiento de cuanto es el gasto con
envelopes de color azul ( y para hacer las selecciones se contrate alguien
) o pagar por una sesión de capacitación en nuestra region? Este balance
que muy bien define la sugerencia de Alejandro me parece muy relevante.
