 Esta es una pregunta muy compleja ... Creo que es un negocio y tema AtLarge. 
 Para ilustrar: 
 - Más registradores acreditados por ICANN en una región o país hacer el registro de nombres de dominio accesible y más cerca de los usuarios finales. 


 - Más de ICANN registradores acreditados en un país o región permiten la competencia y la elección que son cosas buenas para los usuarios finales. 


 Puede ser que otros colegas tienen mejores respuestas a su pregunta.
