Como estipulado, la segunda votación terminó el 24 de marzo a las 23UTC y
como resultado Alberto Soto será el presidente y Humberto Carrasco el
secretario de la región durante un año, comenzando sus funciones el jueves
27 de marzo al término oficial del ICANN 49 de Singapur. 

Felicitaciones a los electos y éxitos en sus funciones!

No puedo dejar resaltar que lamentablemente algunos representantes que
confirmaron su participación en ATLAS II, no han participado de este
proceso.
