Dear RALO Leaders,



As agreed during the At-Large Briefing Call on the FY15 Community Special
Budget Request Process held today, Friday, February 21st please see below
the procedure for completing the request template and the sending of
requests:



1.     A deadline of *March 4th *is set for all RALOs to review any ALS
request or complete a template on behalf of the RALO and send requests
to *staff en atlarge.org
<staff en atlarge.org>**.*

2.    The FBSC will have a conference call with RALOs (place holder for *March
5th*) to review the requests submitted .

3.  The ALAC FBSC will review the requests and get back to the applicants
to fine tune the requests, if needed.

4.   *The FBSC will  have a deadline of March 7th *to review all the RALO
requests.

5.  Staff will send the FBSC approved requests to Finance *on March 7th*.



Please note that RALO requests should be sent to  *staff en atlarge.icann.org
<staff en atlarge.icann.org>*  and NOT the *controller en icann.org
<controller en icann.org>* address.
