 Queridos todos, 


 Justo antes del 13 de marzo de 2013, el ALAC presentó objeciones contra la comunidad 
 solicitantes "DotHealth, LLC", "Ganso Fest, LLC" y "punto Health Limited" 
 para la cadena SALUD.. 


 La presentación de las objeciones fue la culminación del proceso por el cual 
 ALAC puede presentar objeciones a una nueva solicitud de gTLD ( 
 https://community.icann.org/download/attachments/31178691/alac-facts-objection-final.pdf 
 ). 


 El Grupo de Revisión de gTLD (  https://community.icann.org/x/u7-bAQ) 
 el proceso de objeción dentro de At-Large. 


 El nuevo Dashboard de gTLD en http://bit.ly/newgtld tiene el archivo de la 
 los comentarios recibidos por el Grupo de Revisión de gTLD, las declaraciones de objeción 
 considerado por el RALO y ALAC y un registro de los consejos RALO y la 
 Consideración del ALAC de los consejos de la RALO.


 Un Objeciones ALAC Seguimiento Grupo, presidido por Seth Reiss fue creado por 
 ALAC para seguir con el proceso de objeción ya que estaba siendo escuchado por 
 la CPI. 


 Desde marzo de 2013, 
 - Uno de los solicitantes "punto Health Limited" retiraron su solicitud de 
 . LA SALUD; 
 - Los solicitantes presentaron una respuesta a las declaraciones de objeción con la CPI 
 (Ccing las objeciones ALAC Seguimiento del Grupo) 
 - La audiencia de los 2 objeciones se consolidó a ser oído por un 
 panelista (con la aprobación de los solicitantes y las objeciones del ALAC 
 Followup grupo). 
 - El panelista elegido por la Corte Penal Internacional fue profesor Jan Paulsson. 
 - La panelista no pidió ni los solicitantes o el Grupo de Seguimiento ALAC 
 para cualquier comunicación de seguimiento. 


 El 16 de enero de 2013, el miembro del jurado de la CPI rechazó las objeciones contra ALAC
