Miembros de la comunidad LACRALO,

Para expresar mis felicitaciones a Sylvia por su nombramiento como delegada
del ALAC al NOMCOM por LACRALO. Luego de este sorprendente proceso de
elección en ALAC, es necesario hacer una reflexión sobre la defensa de la
voluntad de la región en cuanto a sus preferencias de representación en
procesos previos, considerando además la calidad, amistad y prestigio de
ambos candidatos.
