 felicitaciones por su reelección para un nuevo mandato! 


 Tengo la sensación de que hay un renovado espíritu de buena voluntad para todos en la 
 región para hacer todo lo posible para involucrar a los usuarios finales en la política de la ICANN 
 desarrollo. RALOS son una parte integral de esta habilitación de los usuarios finales 
 y tener un buen liderazgo es muy importante. 


 Espero con interés trabajar con ustedes y con todos los miembros de LACRALO en 
 el período previo a Buenos Aires, en la segunda parte de este año muy emocionante.
