Dear Vanda, et all,

I would like to ask if there is any concrete and specific circumstance which merits that the LACRALO election process be called into question. As I explained in my earlier email, ICANN Staff has been updating the WIKI, monitoring BOTH Mailists and working with the LACRALO Secretariat and Chair, to ensure the process is transparent, fair and that ALL members of LACRALO had a chance to send  nominations, support candidates, etc.

The election process is taking place according to LACRALO's CURRENT ROPs,( however good or bad), this is what LACRALO has at the moment, and this is the procedure that is being followed.

ICANN staff remains at your disposal so that this election process can move forward.
