Colegas,

anexo el nuevo anuncio de voto sobre la declaración de ALAC en relación con el marco de referencia para la administración de riesgos del DNS de ICANN. 

Como podrán observar, ALAC tomó muchos puntos de la propuesta de LACRALO, con modificaciones sustantivas a la original que discutimos hace un par de semanas. En "full disclosure" menciono que fui consultado por Olivier Crepin-Leblond para dar forma a la nueva versión y tuvo la gentileza de incluir mi nombre entre los coautores de ésta.

Me parece que la nueva versión cubre las principales preocupaciones que manifestamos y se puede seguir adelante con ella. 

Por lo tanto solicito una expresión a favor de que nuestros representantes en ALAC tengan el respaldo de LACRALO para votar a favor de esta declaración. El plazo es perentorio ya que termina el 26 de septiembre próximo (jueves) a las 23:59.
