Yo creo que fue dado en tiempo absolutamente normal y así fue demostrado. El
anuncio fue OFICIAL, y allí se informó.
Si pusiéramos el mismo énfasis tanto para exigir como para cumplir en los
grupos de trabajo, estaríamos en LACRALO con muchas tareas terminadas y
muchas otras emprendidas.

Gracias por la información, el hecho de que se haya dado con posterioridad
desde la lista oficial de Lacralo no le desmerece en nada; ya sabemos, hasta
los profanos como yo que podemos enterarnos por otras vías que en el Icann
se reflejan en la abundancia.

La arrogancia inocua puede pasar inadvertida también.
