Estimado Humberto:
Aunque las reglas no me obligan y yo puedo votar a mi criterio, como lo
hacen todos los ALAC Members y como ya se discutió esta situación en ALAC,
respeto siempre lo que me dice la región.
Por tal motivo, siempre pido opinión al momento de las votaciones, aunque
muchas veces no recibo respuestas y tengo que votar a mi criterio y segun
sea lo mejor para la región.
Espero haber aclarado tu duda y tranquilizado tus ansias.
