Exactamente Jaquie, porque seguir violando los estatutos?.
Es lo que estamos tratando de arreglar con las modificaciones al estatuto que tiene muchas lagunas y contradicciones que crean confusión y llevan a todo esto que esta pasando ahora.
Si leen bien el pedido es solo a los principios operativos. Todavia estan faltando las reglas de procedimiento para tener un estatuto coherente e integro.
Y en cuanto al grupo que dicen que es secreto no es tal. El grupo de trabajo original hace 2 años que se formo y avanzo en algunas cuestiones. Pero dejo el trabajo inconcluso.
Al solicitarse la realización de esta Asamblea siempre se solicito con el objetivo principal de modificar los estatutos. Pueden escuchar los audios y leer los transcripts donde reiteradamente Sylvia hacia el pedido inclusive por la lista de correo. No se pidió como objetivo principal la realización de los WS como lo solicito el secretario. Si es que vamos a seguir la lineas de ver fantasmas donde no los hay, yo también podría dudar y pensar que en ese pedido hay gato escondido.
Si todos los miembros del WG de modificación de estatutos estaban activos y con intenciones de seguir trabajando porque no lo hicieron? Hace cuanto tiempo que se sabe que se hará la AG y que se tratara la modificación de estatutos? No aparecieron ni preguntaron pero ahora que se manda otra propuesta si aparecen.
La propuesta enviada es una solicitud de enmienda de acuerdo a los estatutos vigentes que así lo establece al decir que cualquiera puede enviar solicitud de enmienda y pedir que se incluya en el orden del día con 15 días de anticipación, mas los motivos de la solicitud.
Todos estos requisitos se cumplieron y se enviaron a la lista, hay transparencia y no hay ningún grupo secreto.
Y finalmente estoy de acuerdo con Sergio al decir que lo único que se recibe cuando se trabaja son criticas y cuestionamientos, no hay apoyo o un debate a nivel profesional y con conocimiento de las reglas.
Con razón que no avanzamos nunca en el estudio y análisis de políticas. Nos perdemos por las ramas y no se tocan las cuestiones de fondo.
Estas actitudes son muy decepcionantes.
Es mi opinión.

Estoy confundido por todas estas referencias para trabajar en secreto. ¿Es
este un problema de traducción, o como Cintra se indica en su correo
electrónico esta mañana, un va a dejar de lado deliberadamente a algunos
miembros de la LACRALO?
Todos estos comentarios tienden a hacerme pensar que hay algo real, las
actividades de la sombra pasando en LACRALO?
Por lo que yo sé, las reglas están ahí, e incluso si se tratara de
suspendió, ignoró o se rompe en el año 2009, ¿por qué debemos seguir
