One question Fatima is to authority to change, no question about that, but
to do so, and not have the same problems we already have about our bylaws,
we do need the legal council  help with the correct wording about the
changes we need to do. That is the difference I am talking about. Nothing
related to have or not authority to vote and implement the changes.
