Nuestro problema es que tenemos miembros desde el inicio del RALO y como en
cualquier ciclo de vida algunas organizaciones se establecen con fuerza y
otras dejan de existir. El mayor problema es que tenemos que actualizar
nuestros bylaws a las necesidades de hoy que no son las mismas que en 2005.
Y sin duda, si todas las ALSs activas del LACRALO se pudieran reunir cara a
cara en asamblea esto se haría rápido y la región podría trabajar en temas
de ICANN y no en las normas de procedimientos que nos están consumiendo.

 Sí, Jacquie, LACRALO es el mayor RALO (38 miembros), pero más de la mitad
de ALS, ALS son inactivos. 


 Parece que somos expertos en extensión pero no en la participación, el
compromiso  y los resultados. 


 ¿Sabemos cómo ALS muchos están asistiendo a la reunión de Costa Rica sin
AG? 


 Estamos comprometidos a LACRALO, pero es la ICANN que nos corresponden?
