 Esto podría ser una buena idea si no somos capaces de hacer que nuestra Asamblea General en Costa Rica. 

 Pero en este caso los recursos necesarios podría ser mayor que el necesario 
 de la Asamblea General en Costa Rica. 
 Tal vez podamos empezar a trabajar para que el AG en conjunto con LACIGF 
 este año (normalmente se hace en agosto y que estaríamos ante una nueva ICANN 
 año fiscal, y tal vez podamos contar con su apoyo financiero). 

 Se trata de un plan B que podría ser interesante considerar ....
