 Creo que es muy importante saber si todos los miembros del ALAC que participan en las elecciones, han sabido cómo era el sistema, ya que en caso de que no se conocía por algunos representantes de ALAC, la situación se complica por lo menos, y afectan a la transparencia. mis dos centavos
