Querida J:
Yo envié las propuestas de enmienda en español porque es el idioma nativo de
los que elaboramos el documento. 
Al ser un documento tan serio y tan complejo, es necesario que sea traducido
por profesionales. 
Y como lo expliqué en mi mail, según las reglas de procedimientos de
LACRALO, es obligación del secretario de la región enviar a traducir todos
los documentos en los idiomas necesarios (Art 14.2).
