 Tanto el presidente de LACRALO y me han recomendado lo siguiente: 


 - La rueda de prensa para el jueves 17 de noviembre a las 01:00 UTC se 
 reprogramado hasta el lunes 21 de noviembre 2011 a las 23:59 UTC con 
 interpretación para discutir los dos temas. 
 - La LACRALO conferencia mensual el jueves 17 de noviembre 2011 en 
 21:00 UTC contaría con un resumen de las dos cuestiones en la preparación de 
 el llamar de lunes en vez de ser discutidos luego.
