Estimados Todos. la respuesta a mi opinion sobre la creacion de nuevos constituencies en el GNSO, es que no podemos negar la importancia de la participacion y la diversidad en la discusion. Pero que esto no debe ser considerado en abstracto al momento de decidir y votar. Por ello propongo que Nuestros representantes en ALAC antes de hacer su votacion vean los documentos en los links enviados en mi correo anterior que les daran una idea mejor de como votar y hacerlo responsablemente.
Hoy los nuevos constituencies presentados son el Consumer Constituency y el Not For Profit Constituency y algunos mas estan queriendo hacer su aparicion. Mi particular vision en el caso de estos dos mencionados es : apoyo la creacion del Consumer Constituency ya que estando en ALAC he hablado con sus impulsores y me convencieron (aunque esta es solo mi opinion que por otro lado no es compartida por ALEX , segun veo en su correo), y no estoy muy seguro de apoyar el Not for Profit x q tengo dudas acerca de la distincion (esta puede ser una falta de conocimiento particular) entre los CC, NFPC, NCUC, NCSG y hasta tanto esa duda se desvanezca .....
