I am so sorry but your response implies that we must be part of a working
group in order to give comments.

Were all the comments that took up so much of the time on the LACRALO calls
ignored? If this is the case it is certainly a disincentive for me to
bother participating further on the calls. As one of our ALAC
representatives please clarify what mechanisms of input from the LACRALO
community are acceptable for our views to be recorded.
