I fully support the words of ALBERTO. I consider SoI like strong requirement for our candidates, because there is where they stablish their responsabilities . Particularly I think , don't consider this, is a strong fail of our sistem.

We would really have to try to modify the statutes. If those existed 
requirements, would be an item more than it would measure the responsibility of 
postulantes in the different positions. I consider that if something is requested, it is stops 
that it is fulfilled. If no, we do not request anything.

allow to prevent a candidate to be chosen to represent LACRALO. This 
Presidency is not considered in a legitimacy position to establish 
requirements that our statutes do not request, to this end. 

Exactly this guard relation with the attempts to cause reforms in 
the Statutes. Not even the main target of LACRALO - 
participation is a requirement of admissibility for a candidate today. 

Perhaps this I raise is a good departure point to reach an agreement and 
to define if he is desirable that we define requirements of this nature.
